Robert K. (Kip) Allen
Robert K. "Kip" Allen is a Board Member of the Onondaga Council on Alcohol/Addictions, dba Prevention Network, serving on the Finance Committee and as Treasurer.
Mr. Allen joined the Board in 2003 and served as President of the Board from 2008-2009. Mr. Allen is a VP/Relationship Manager at Key Bank, starting in 2011, and has worked in a similar capacity at other financial institutions in the Central New York area.
