Parent to Parent

The premise of the programs is that when ordinary parents are empowered with KNOWLEDGE, armed with necessary SKILLS, and motivated by positive BELIEFS, they become capable of extraordinary ACTION!

Parent to Parent is an 8-session, video-based program that helps parents deal directly with their children on the challenging issues facing adolescents today: Violence, Drugs, Sex and Character Development. The program content was developed by Bill Oliver, one of the country's foremost authorities on parenting and the Toxic Culture. Bill knows all too well the devastating effects this culture can have on a family. Having spent nearly 5 years of his life rescuing his oldest daughter from the horror of chemical dependency, Bill has dedicated the rest of his life to helping parents avoid the ordeal he and his family went through.

Parent to Parent 2000 is not about blaming, scaring or confusing parents. Instead, facilitators create an environment where parents come together, discuss the issues their children face, and decide what will work in their individual homes.
