These trainings can include Addiction Counselor Ethics; Working with Aging Client Populations; Treatment Outcomes and Performance Measures; and Working with Resistant/Violent Clients.

Prevention Network offers a CASAC-in-Training course, designed to provide students with the educational requirements needed to receive their CASAC-in-Training (CIT) certificate. This is a two-year program that will include at least 350 clock hours of education in the proper domains that can be applied to your CASAC, along with your completed application form, for this certificate. All trainings are approved by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services. Several program options are available for your convenience. Enrollment takes place in January and September of each year. Click here for training schedules and pricing.
